Chauhie is a venture born of passion. An experienced graphic designer, art director and illustrator, Monika Natius is the founder of Chauhie. Her interest in letterpress printing developed when she created her own very personalized wedding invitations using the process.

Drawing upon her illustration skills and inspired by the romantic setting where her marriage proposal took place, Monika created an invitation suite that was truly a work of art.

She is now dedicated to helping others create their own unique personal statements with distinctive, hand-drawn designs — for invitations, birth announcements, holiday cards and more.

Using century-old techniques, Monika delivers crisp, beautiful works of art that convey emotion and get noticed. A superior level of craftsmanship and service is integral to the design process she employs at Chauhie.
